On rare occasions, items arrive in less than perfect condition. At Zavko, we believe you should always be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t happy with the product you receive, please email us and include a picture of the issue (email@example.com) BEFORE making a return. Returning a damaged product is no fun for anyone and it is usually avoidable.

We accept returns on products in new and unused condition for a full refund up to 60 days after your purchase.
Zavko does not charge any restocking fees on returned products!
In general, we do not pay return shipping… but there are always exceptions. We always want to do what is fair and right so if you believe your situation is an exception, please let us know and we will see what can be done.

Please include a note in the package with your order number (from our order confirmation email), name, and email. Providing this information will allow us to process your refund as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We also offer Lightning Refunds! If you want to take advantage of the Zavko Lightning Refund policy, simply email your order number with the return tracking number to: firstname.lastname@example.org and say “I want a Lightning Refund!”. We can then process your refund as soon as the return package is confirmed shipped!
Otherwise, when your product arrives, we will issue you a full refund!
